Mola Foods Offers ‘Taste of Africa’

African cuisine and culture are rich, vibrant, and diverse, a belief that led LaFortune Jeannette Djabea, founder of Mola Foods, to develop Taste of Africa. A series of evening events that not only take guests on a culinary tour of Africa, Taste of Africa also offers a glimpse into its culture.

“Food is the way to the heart and soul of Africa,” said Djabea. “These evening events are my way to introduce people to Africa in ways that feel comfortable and fun…Great food is my invitation.”

This invitation has been extended for the next Taste of Africa on Friday, November 18 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. At this event, guests will experience cuisine from Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Kenya, and Somalia with gluten-free and vegan options available for those with dietary restrictions. Live music will be performed by Rabihah Ruby Shabazz.

Taste of Africa tickets are $50 per person. To purchase tickets, visit molafoods.com/africadinner.
