Mola Foods Releases New Drink Products

Offering spices and blends along with dine-in and takeout food that fuses African and European cuisine with flavors from Africa, Mola Foods in Nashua has recently released a line of new drink products. All natural with no preservatives, these products include Ginger Drink, Hibiscus Drink, and Pineapple Kiwi Turmeric Drink.

“I’m excited to sell these drinks at area Farmers’ Markets and hopefully in stores soon, too, where I already have a lot of my spices,” said Owner and Founder LaFortune Jeannette Djabea, a native of Cameroon.

Mola Foods’s new drinks enhance a product line that features blends, snacks, marinades, barbecue sauces, hot sauces, chili relishes, and more, each of which highlight flavors from Africa. Mola Foods also offers takeout and dine-in service at 9 Simon St. in Nashua.

According to Djabea, diversification of their products and offerings is critical to the success of Mola Foods. “Whether you are cooking or eating at home, or interested in dining out, we have something for you at Mola Foods,” she said.

For those interested in purchasing products directly from Mola Foods, Djabea will be at the Milford Farmers Market from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 1 Union Square, Milford, on Saturday, January 15. Located at 9 Simon St. in Nashua, Mola Foods offers dine-in service from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m, Tuesday – Friday, and from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
