Ethiopian Inspired Beef Skewers
1.5-2 lbs. Skirt Steak-
25-30 Wooden Skewers-
1 Tbl. Olive Oil-
Mola Ethiopian Inspired Seasoning Blend
1. Soak skewers in water (fully submerged).
2. Preheat grill.
3. Place steak horizontally on cutting board and cut the steak into strips on a bias against the grain.
4. Once all strips have been cut, place them in a bowl and toss with olive oil and enough of the Mola Ethiopian inspired blend to lightly coat the steak.
5. Thread steak strips onto pre-soaked skewers and grill each side for 3-4 minutes or until fully cooked
