Jals Cuisine at Mola Foods, Inc offers a Pan-African experience of fresh meals every Thursday and looking to add Friday to make 2 days of meal service a week. We are looking for a Culinary Specialist who is eager to be a part of our team! We strive for a creative and fun Pan- African menu.
Job Description: Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients Assist in food preparation Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes Occasionally serve food Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes Handle and store ingredients and food Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Experience: A passion for the local food movement Interest or passion for Ethnic food
Requirements: Must be 16+ Serve Safe Certification within first 3 months
Strong customer service skills Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Willingness to learn and take on different projects Resume & References
