In my consistent desire to position Mola Foods in Nashua as a cultural hub for African food and culture, I have decided to introduce rice bowls to the community of Nashua and New Hampshire in 2023 as the basis for our standard menu. Rice bowls will allow me to present the deliciousness of African cuisine in ways that are familiar to many Americans.
Taste of Africa Events will continue to be held every other month in 2023 and feature diverse cuisine from various African countries. Our next Taste of Africa event is Valentine’s Day on February 14. Tickets can be purchased here. This is your chance to experience African cuisine with your sweetheart on a special day.
In 2023, we will offer takeout and dine-in service between 12 pm and 6 pm on Thursdays and Fridays, beginning on January 5. For the best service, you may preorder your food by clicking here or make a reservation here
We appreciate your support through the years so much. Admittedly, we have experienced some growing pains through the years, but we start 2023 with a great plan and great customers!
