JOB DESCRIPTION
1. EVENT MARKETING & SALES
Promote and sell events tickets off and on-site.
Participate in networking and trade events to promote and build contacts
2. EVENT PLANNING
Designing events and new event concepts in cooperation with the Manager.
budgeting and analyzing individual events Coordinating the use of event space. Event planning, design, and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
Liaison with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct market research, and gather information to create memorable events.
Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
manage all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc
Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize the event
Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
Conduct pre-and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
Research the market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
Requirements
Proven experience as an event planner or organizer
.Good marketing skills with a proven track record in event sales prefer Professional presentation, friendly & enthusiastic personality.
Creative problem-solving skills Efficient and detail-oriented Practical background in Microsoft Windows applications Experienced and skilled in Microsoft Office applications Must be at least 21 years of age,
Excellent time management and communication skills
Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
MS Office proficiency
Job Type: Part-time $15/hour 24 hours/week, Commission
