Seasonal Cook Staff

We are seeking seasonal cook staff who are flexible, eager to learn, respectful, positive and have a desire to serve others. The best candidate should show a love for diverse ethnic cuisines. The right candidate will be preparing a fusion of African, and European, cuisine with mouth-watering flavors from Africa (Cameroon, Senegal, Ethiopia, Morocco, Somalia, Ghana, etc.)

Job Description: Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients Assist in food preparation Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes Occasionally serve food Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes Handle and store ingredients and food Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

Experience: A passion for the local food movement Interest or passion for Ethnic food

Requirements: Must be 18+ Serve Safe Certification

Strong customer service skills Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Willingness to learn and take on different projects Resume & References
