Salt (optional), add the Mola All purpose seasoning and lay it all on low heat. Boil for 10 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat and put it in the oven. Let cook 1h30-2h, until the meat is tender
Peel potatoes and cut medium dice. When there is only 30 min of cooking, add the dice of potato and let cook.
